The 4-star apartments in Val Pusteria are in the style of the original "stube" farmer's houses, made in wood and with original and welcoming features for a charming and romantic atmosphere. It is possible to cook and have fun with all the family! This is why we have created the kitchen and Stube as a place to get together and have fun with all the family, to have a laugh, talk about the day and make plans for the days to come, just as one did in times past.
All our apartments in Val Pusteria are equipped with LCD satellite TV, hairdryer, oven, crockery, safe, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine and ceramic glass hob. We have a wood-fired heating system. We have tried to use natural materials such as wood and stone, and we insulated the walls with sheep's wool. Each apartment comes with sheets, towels, tea towels, kettle, hay cushions and our famous felt slippers. There is a laundry room where you can do your washing. We also have everything you need for your children.

The "Suites" in the main house afford a splendid view of the Dolomites or our meadows, and are furnished with love and care. High Loft XL & XXL – Living together in the Old Barn
With the High Loft XL and XXL options, several High Lofts can be combined and booked across one or two floors, ideal for groups travelling together, enjoying cosy evenings and still valuing their privacy. The XL option combines an entire floor with several apartments, while the XXL option spans two connected floors, offering even more space and flexibility. The individual apartments are connected via a shared hallway. This way, each apartment remains self-contained, while still allowing for short distances and easy interaction. The result is spacious living units with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas – ideal for families, groups of friends or workation stays. High Lofts XL and XXL are available on request – we are happy to advise you personally and put together the perfect combination for your stay.
Almsuite - Nature in its purest state ... in the house all in wood
The Malga Suites in the complex are insulated with sheep's wool, out of respect for nature! Facilities: fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, safe, 1 or 2 bedrooms, shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, balcony with table and chairs and the option of eating outdoors, and LCD satellite TV.
Also: in our Almsuites you can walk barefoot. They are 100% made of wood (larch, Swiss pine, Norway spruce) from the Casies Valley, without using any glues whatsoever!
Almsuite Laniga

Our small suite, effectively a studio, offers all that you need for a pleasant stay. You will find a wonderful double bed made entirely of wood, and experience the feeling of living in a real mountain hut.

The new chalet houses with feel-good factor
Family life is celebrated at its best: for cooking together and enjoying meals in company are central to daily life. This kitchen and stube are a special place to get together. You can smell the sweet scent of wood in every corner, and you can rest in peace and quiet on the sheep's wool mattresses and pillows dreaming of Val Casies. Each piece of furniture is in wood and has been assembled without glue. All around, nature reigns supreme: in the forest and mountain stream, in the green pastures of the valley, and all the way up to the magnificent Dolomites.
Also: in our Chalet Houses you can walk barefoot. They are 100% made of wood (larch, Swiss pine, Norway spruce) from the Casies Valley, without using any glues whatsoever!
Blasla Olbe
65-75 m² / Your home from home!
Our chalet of approximately 65-75 m², made entirely from natural wood from the valley, is in energy class B. On the ground floor is a large kitchen, large living room with sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, and a beautiful green garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Other chalets are single story. There is a Wi-Fi network available.
Groudo Michl
75-85 m² / The house for anyone who loves cooking!
"Groudo Michl" is a person with real character, just like our handsome wooden chalet. Our chalet of approximately 75-85 m², made entirely from natural wood from the valley, is in energy class B. On the ground floor is a large kitchen and a spacious living room with sofa and flat-screen satellite TV, and a green garden. On the upper floor are two bedrooms with hay beds and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Other for this are single story chalets. There is a Wi-Fi network available.
Blasla Sterngugga
65-80 m² / The highest house!
The "Sterngugga" chalet that looks up to the starry sky is the highest of them all. Our chalet of approximately 65-80 m², made entirely from natural wood from the valley, is in energy class B. Upstairs is a bedroom and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor is a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a spacious living room with a sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV, and a roof terrace. There is a Wi-Fi network available.
Stay longer and book on weekdays – this way you can benefit from better prices! An extra charge applies for short stays.
Prices are valid from 1.1.2018. There is a tourist tax of € 3,70 per person (from 14 years) per day to be paid on site (in accordance with Provincial Law Nr. 9 of 16.05.2012).

We offer our guests the opportunity to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. In the event of last-minute cancellation due to an accident, illness, or death of the insured, children, parents or grandparents, all costs already incurred will be reimbursed. Written confirmation is required to enable the insurance policy.
If you choose to take out insurance we will indicate the exact cost in the confirmation of your reservation. If you take out insurance and later decide to cancel it, a refund shall be issued upon confirmation of your reservation. If you take out cancellation insurance, you do not need to pay the deposit to confirm the reservation.
The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Defence Code is not provided, however we do offer the following conditions for cancellation and terms for late arrival or early departure, which are to be arranged by email:
If no notification of cancellation is received within the above times, the guest will still be required to pay 70% of the total cost of the stay. If in the case of late arrival or early departure no written notification is received via email, the guest will still be required to pay 70% of the price agreed for the days of the stay booked but missed.
